The founder member of the group is Zuhaib Mohammad. Zuhaib Mohammad holds Diploma in Hotel Management from the reputed Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan – Delhi. His superior experience spans for more than 15 years in hotel sales & marketing worked for leading hotel chains like Justa Hotels, The Zuri Hotels, Parkland Group of Hotels.

Our presence is highlighted by 10+ Hotels and 2 Villas are spread in 3 states of India, with around 500 rooms inventory bouquet to offer to our clients. We are successfully serving all these hotels owners and clients respectively earning brand value for all our Hotels in the bouquet.

Terra Hospitality is a budding and promising Hotel Management Company and offer hotels across all categories with good mix of product ranging from 3 star and 4 star to its discerning guests both from leisure and corporate world. An array of hotels encompassing beaches, mountains, heritage sites are being offered as part of our bouquet. Terra Hospitality was founded in September 2020. Terra Hospitality Sales and Marketing Division is responsible for maximizing revenues and profits through precise market positioning and well thought out marketing plans and programs. An aggressive on site commissioned sales force is led by management and supported by us provides key services in the areas of eCommerce, pricing, revenue management, and
regional sales support.

Our targeted marketing programs offer our hotels greater flexibility in changing marketing conditions and are the reason why we are consistently achieving market share premiums.
